Kaiser Murrieta Mapleton MOB is part of Phase 1 of the Kaiser Permanente Reimaging Ambulatory Design (RAD) projects project, which seeks to innovate approaches to healthcare delivery in the built environment.
This newly constructed medical office building is a 79,500 sf, two-story building that features specialty departments, including Ob/Gyn; Gastroenterology; Adult Primary Care; Cardiology; Endocrinology; Hematology/Oncology; Nephrology; Pulmonology; Rheumatology; General Surgery; Orthopedics; Ophthalmology and Urology; as well as a parking lot. The facility also includes an employee lounge, pharmacy, conference rooms, offices, TERs, an outdoor café, and outdoor courtyard.
